Coaching and Mentoring Programs

Programs are specifically tailored to the needs of the individual or organisation, who they are and their challenges. Programs can be delivered one on one, face to face or by video conference.

Standard Program: this program is suitable for young leaders, new leaders, middle managers and individuals seeking personal development and growth.

Short Program: this program suitable for rounding off middle managers who are looking for progression and new challenges;

  • Introductory Session (1 Hour)

  • Current situation analysis and outline, and

  • 6 tailored sessions

If you are looking at solutions for your organisation, we offer concessional rates for groups of 5 or 10 participants
